An AI assistant for housing cooperative boards: residents’ questions, board paperwork and contracts in one place.

What it is

TBS – The BRF Styrelse (previously BRF-agenten) is an AI assistant for Swedish housing cooperative boards. Board work is done by volunteers in their spare time, yet it covers residents’ questions, fault reports, meeting notices and minutes, supplier contracts, invoices and long-term maintenance. The assistant takes on the repetitive parts and keeps the board’s knowledge in one place, so it survives when board members change.

Who it is for

Boards of Swedish housing cooperatives (bostadsrättsföreningar) and their residents.

How it is tested

The assistant is piloted in one real board first. When it works there, it will be packaged and offered as a service to other boards.

How AI does the work

The assistant, its integrations and the site are built with AI coding assistants by one person.
