The Unnamed Roads is an AI-native venture studio in Stockholm, Sweden. One founder operates a portfolio of startups with fleets of AI agents. Each idea is tested cheaply and in public, and only the ones that show real demand get more time. No big round is needed to start; what matters is managing the agents well and running lean.
The model
- Many small bets, low cost per test. AI agents build landing pages, prototypes and operations in days, so a failed test is cheap.
- Agents do the work, a human decides. Nothing is published, deployed or sent without human approval.
- Revenue-first business models. Services, affiliate and lead models that can earn without heavy capital.
- Shared infrastructure. Hosting, analytics, data and agent tooling are reused across projects, so each new startup starts faster.
Metrics, honestly
Most projects are early. Each one is public with its real status: Live, Testing, Parked or Closed (see the status policy). We do not publish invented or inflated numbers. Usage and revenue figures are shared directly in a conversation, when they exist.
