The decision
Should a solo AI venture studio optimize every live domain for search — or concentrate organic visibility where a validation contract already exists?
We chose concentration.
What we run now
Exactly three Focus projects:
- The Hockey Analytics — Sweden Club Pack / league intelligence for club leaders
- The Unnamed Roads — Field Notes for indie founders (this channel)
- Föräldraledighetsplaneraren — Swedish parental-leave plans via SEO/AEO
Everything else is Monitor (measured, no daily growth execution) or Parked.
The AI-era distribution pack (v0)
For one Focus project per experiment we ship:
- one canonical claim surface (page or Field Note) with proof + FAQ answers
- one redistribution asset (LinkedIn / community post)
- instrumented
primary_cta_clicked+ conversion event before publish - a separate human Approve for any external send
No autonomous blog spray across ten domains. No MCP mesh “for visibility” until a Focus offer has a stable tool contract worth exposing.
Expected outcome (14 days)
For this Field Notes contract: ten relevant subscribers or three qualified replies asking for a playbook, implementation detail, or advisory next step.
If neither appears after two clearly different evidence-based notes, we stop and revise the hypothesis — we do not add more channels.
What to do next
- Subscribe below if you want the operating evidence, not AI commentary.
- If you are building a similar Focus allocation, steal the constraint: three bets, one pack, human gates.
