The Unnamed Roads is a single-operator AI-native venture studio. AI agents handle keyword research and article drafting inside policy; humans Approve before publish — all self-hosted on Coolify and Hetzner for around €35 per month.

The Thesis

The traditional startup model – large teams, venture capital, years of planning – is no longer the only path. One person paired with AI can now do what previously required 8–12 people.
